Level 03 · Case TG-0114
90 minutes in a room. I ask, you talk, and you don’t prepare a thing. Then I write down what you actually think.
£799 + VAT
2 sessions, 1 report, roughly 2 weeks. Nothing to prepare at any point.
Anyone who has met you knows exactly why you’re worth hiring. The page doesn’t. Somewhere between the meeting and the post, the thing you actually think gets tidied into something anybody could have written.
That isn’t a writing problem. It’s a witness problem. Everyone is telling you to post more. Nobody is holding the thinking while you do it.
The Post-Mortem puts you in a room with somebody whose only job is to catch what you say and write it down before you smooth it over.
Who this is for
Who this is not for
The mechanism
Most audits hand you a score and a list of tips. This is an interview, a document and an argument. It is a recorder, not a brief.
Live, with me. No prep, no questionnaire, no homework, no deck. Don’t tidy your thinking beforehand, that’s the bit that ruins it. I ask, you talk, and I’m listening for the sentence you say once and walk straight past.
I write it up. What you think, what you’re for, the language that’s yours and the language you borrowed from a conference. In your words, not mine. That’s the whole trick.
You live with it before we speak again. This gap is deliberate. A document you read once and file changes nothing. One you argue with for a week changes how you talk about yourself.
Back in a room. We sharpen what landed, cut what didn’t, and bed it in until you can say it out loud without reading it. Then you take it away and use it.
2 and a half hours of your time in total, spread over roughly 2 weeks. Everything else is mine.
What you’re probably thinking
Good. Preparation is you editing yourself before we start, and the edited version is exactly the problem. Turn up and talk.
A discovery call is me qualifying you. This is me interviewing you. You leave with a written report either way, which is not how discovery calls work.
Because the report is meant to change what you say, and that takes longer than a read. If we polished it the same afternoon you’d agree with all of it and use none of it.
Plenty of people take the report and run with it on their own. If you want me afterwards, that door is open. It isn’t the point of the document.
Ghosted means ghosted. NDA on request, nothing published without your yes, and I never claim your work as mine.
1 buyer. 0 calls.Laura sent me the post she nearly binned. It was the one that sounded most like her. Mike read it, went to her DMs, and asked whether they could work together. That’s the whole game. Not reach. Recognition.
£799
Plus VAT. A 90-minute interview, your written report, and a 60-minute polish session. Roughly 2 weeks end to end. Nothing to prepare at any point.
Then it doesn’t ship. Rewrites are the work, not an extra. The report isn’t finished until you can say it out loud without reading it, and that is what the polish session is for.
