Level 05 · Ongoing
You know what you should be known for. Now somebody has to keep saying it.

Every level below this one ends with a document. A verdict, a report, a Blueprint. Documents are honest work and they change what you think, but a position only exists once your market has heard it enough times to repeat it back to you.
That's the part nobody has time for. You know the idea. You've agreed it. It's written down. Then you have a quarter like the one you've just had and the whole thing goes quiet, and quiet is where positions go to die.
The Run is the writing that keeps it alive. Voice notes in, drafts out, in your voice, on your schedule, indefinitely. About 90 minutes of your month if you want the involvement, and sign-off only if you don't.
Everyone else sends a questionnaire. You fill it in, carefully, in the voice you use for forms. Then they write in that voice, and you can't work out why it's wrong.
I do a Taste Interview instead. 1 conversation, unscripted, nothing to prepare. You talk. I record it.
The words you use that nobody else in your market uses.
The story you tell twice in an hour without noticing.
What you sound like in the 10 minutes after you stop performing.
How long your sentences actually run.
What you refuse to say, and what you say instead.
That becomes your Voice Print. A written spec of how you sound: rhythm, vocabulary, the shapes your sentences make, and the list of words you'd never let out of your mouth. Every draft after that is written against the document, and you hold a copy of it.
Which means the voice isn't in my head. It's on paper, it's yours, and if I got hit by a bus on the M4 tomorrow you'd still own the instructions.
How it runs
Unscripted, no prep, no homework. If you've come through the Post-Mortem or Be Known we've already done most of this, and it's shorter.
You read it and tell me where I'm wrong. It gets corrected until it's right, because everything after this is written against it.
Within 5 working days of the first voice note. Not a content calendar meeting, not a workshop. Drafts.
Voice notes in whenever something annoys you. Drafts out. You approve or you don't. Drafts, approvals and the schedule sit in 1 place you can skim on a phone, so there's no digging through threads and no wondering what's going out on Tuesday.
There's an approved backlog sitting there for the month you go quiet. The work doesn't stall because you had a bad fortnight.
The 2 ways to run it
FR. £899
Per month, plus VAT. You send voice notes, you approve, you publish. About 90 minutes of your month. For people who want their hands on it.
FR. £1,500
Per month, plus VAT. Same writing, and I handle the scheduling, the publishing and the comments. Sign-off only. For people whose diary has already lost this argument.
If it doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship. Rewrites are the work, not an extra, and not a favour I'm doing you. Nothing publishes without your yes.
30 days' notice, no tie-in. IP assigned to you on payment. You own the body of work during and after: these are not rented posts. Voice notes deleted on request. Invoiced monthly in advance.
What it is not: lead generation, guaranteed enquiries, follower counts, a profile rewrite on its own, or an agency retainer with an account manager sitting between us.
The bit you were about to ask
That's the only thing that matters, so it's the only thing I promise. If it doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship. The Voice Print exists so that's a fixable, written-down problem rather than a taste argument.
There isn't one. No workshops, no content calendar meetings, no homework. You talk into your phone in the car. That's the whole input.
Neither do I. I don't write hooks about my morning routine and I don't do the thing where every line is its own paragraph for no reason. You'll sound like a person with a job.
Ghosted means ghosted. NDA on request, and I never claim your work as mine unless you want me named.
1 lead, no juniors. The person on the call is the person writing, and nothing gets handed down to somebody 6 months out of university who's never met you. 25 years of reading how sharp people think, and a position before any posts, because volume without a position is noise and you can buy noise for £200 a month.
No, but it's the obvious order. The Run keeps a position alive. If there isn't one yet, we're writing well about nothing in particular, and you'll feel it by month 3.
1 buyer. 0 calls.Laura sent the post she nearly binned. It was the one that sounded most like her. Mike read it, went to her DMs, and asked whether they could work together. That’s the whole game.
20:00
20 minutes. No deck, no questionnaire, no hard sell. We work out what you should be known for, and whether keeping it alive is a job for me or for you.
